Habrá Que Ponerse Cachas (HQPC)

Habrá Que Ponerse Cachas (HQPC in short) is a playful and powerful inclusive dance-theater piece. It is a game of meaning, nonsense, charm and ingenuity. It was inspired by a song by Bob Dylan in the film “The Royal Tenenbaums” by Wes Anderson, the roles of two characters in the film. How do relationships between siblings change over time, from childhood, adolescence, and adulthood? What brings us closer to our siblings? What separates us? How is family part of our identity? Drives us away? These flying ideas become a celebration of movement.

Maylis Arrabit, artistic director, has worked more than a year in collaboration with the dancers, Xabier Madina and Ebi Soria.
