Amalia Kasakove (FI) and Anna Lea Ourø (DK) are a Stockholm/Copenhagen based artist duo that resides in the field of dance and choreography. They are working on a trilogy of works addressing loss while touring its first part Sure and being involved in various projects across Europe. They are a co-founders of Dance CooperativE; a venue and dance studio for intersectional practices, work and performance organised by 16 professional artists in Copenhagen. They have close ties to performance art venue Warehouse9 that has been supporting their work with continuous research periods. Alongside performing at various venues in Northern Europe, their film work has been awarded at Cannes Film Festival 2018 and they are involved in projects that reach out to an iron mine in Sweden, to a small island in Lofoten and back to Copenhagen again.
